Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Because we sell pre-loved, second-hand items, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.
All items are carefully checked and honestly described before listing.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, significantly different from its description, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and resolve it fairly.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Due to the nature of pre-loved, second-hand items, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference. All items are carefully checked and honestly described before listing.

When will I get my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose and your location. Standard shipping generally takes 2–7 business days, while express shipping usually takes 1–3 business days. All orders are sent with Australia Post tracking, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
