Returns & Refunds Policy

At Another Life, we sell pre-loved, second hand items that are carefully checked, honestly described, and fairly priced. All items are personally inspected and packed with care before shipping.

Because of the nature of second hand goods, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

All items are sold as described. Photos and descriptions form part of the item listing, and we encourage you to review them before purchasing.


Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item:

  • has a major fault

  • is significantly different from its description

  • is damaged in transit

  • is not fit for its intended purpose

If this happens, please contact us so we can resolve the issue fairly.


Faults or issues

If you believe your item meets the above criteria, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos where applicable

Each case will be reviewed individually.


Shipping & returns

  • We currently ship within Australia only

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be discussed on a case-by-case basis

  • Items must not be further damaged or altered after delivery


Final notes

  • No returns are accepted for:

    • change of mind

    • sizing issues

    • minor wear consistent with second hand items (as described)

  • We reserve the right to decline refunds that do not meet Australian Consumer Law requirements
