At Another Life, all orders are carefully packed and shipped with care.


Shipping location

  • We currently ship within Australia only

  • Orders are shipped using Australia Post


Shipping options

We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

  • Express Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected option and delivery location.


Order processing time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Processing times may vary during busy periods

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Delivery times

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on location and circumstances outside our control.

  • Standard Shipping: generally 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: generally 1–3 business days

Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays, or carrier disruptions.


Tracking

All parcels are sent with tracking, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery using the tracking information supplied.


Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

While we take care to pack items securely, Another Life is not responsible for delays once parcels are in the care of Australia Post.

If your parcel is:

  • delayed

  • lost in transit

  • damaged during delivery

Please contact us so we can assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post where appropriate.


Incorrect address details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Another Life is not responsible for parcels:

  • sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • returned to sender due to incomplete or incorrect details

Additional shipping charges may apply for resending parcels.
