Products & descriptions

Another Life sells pre-loved, second hand items.
All items are carefully inspected, honestly described, and photographed to reflect their condition as accurately as possible.

Due to the nature of second hand goods:

minor signs of wear may be present and will be described where relevant
colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings

All descriptions and images form part of the item listing.

Pricing & availability

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Prices are subject to change without notice
Items are offered on a first-come, first-served basis
Once sold, items cannot be restocked

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Orders & payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

all information provided is accurate and complete
payment is authorised at checkout

Orders may be cancelled or refunded at our discretion if an error occurs with pricing, stock availability, or listing details.

Shipping

We ship within Australia only
All orders are shipped via Australia Post
Tracking is provided for all parcels

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of second hand items, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item:

has a major fault
is significantly different from its description
arrives damaged
